Nutrition

There are many factors that one should take into account when looking at their overall health and wellness. The common 3 factors that people should ultimately focus on are:

  • Do you get enough sleep?
  • Do you get enough exercise?
  • Do you get enough sunlight?

Many modern day ailments come from a lack of these 3 factors with food being the ultimate contributing factor as to why you feel the way you feel.

Many professionals in the industry suggest an endless amount of different diets however the best diet depends on each individual. You need to look at how your body reacts to certain foods and beverages. Some of these should never be consumed and these include fast food (McDonalds, Hungry Jacks, Burger King, Dominos, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell etc) and any soft drink/soda (Coca-Cola, Fanta, Pepsi, Sprite etc). I deem these as ‘matrix’ foods/drinks. The amount of processing that goes into these and the unimaginable damage they do inside the body should speak for itself. You never feel great after a large pizza with a bottle of cola. Instead, look to prepare and eat food at home or go to restaurants that do not use premade products. Make sure you always drink fluoride free water.

Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements

I was a sceptic in vitamins, minerals and supplements and never thought too much of these however with the constant attacks on the body from weather manipulation and chemicals in the air to fake/plastic foods we consume or the unclean and toxic water we consume or even the lack of exercise and sun we see, I believe sometimes it is necessary for us to increase some of these. Below I have listed the two different daily immune boost protocols that you can try which have been shared by doctors around the world including Dr Zelenko. I use the option 2 protocol.

Blood Type

The Blood Type diet has an extensive list of specific foods, drinks, oils etc that are suitable for your blood type and ones that you need to avoid. It is simple and easy to follow and I have personally had great success with this.

For my blood type, I follow a primarily plant based diet which can incorporate fish (however I don’t).

Try following your blood type diet and see what works and what doesn’t work for you. As always, I recommend going with what your body reacts to and avoid this.

Juicing and Gerson Therapy

From time to time I go on a juice cleanse/fast. I generally do this between 3-7 days and simply consume vegetable/fruit juices keeping the juiced ingredients all of the same colour. This helps you reset your body especially if you have been consuming excess foods.

The Gerson Institute incorporates juicing into their many programs (diets, detoxification and supplements) that promote a plant based organic diet. The way in which this program works is to flood the body with nutrients in order to support the liver and kidneys to remove excess waste. Once the body is flooded, a coffee enema is then used to assist in the excrement of unwanted materials and finally assist the body to regenerate the liver, reactivate the immune system and restore the body’s essential defences.
